• Pronoun usage ("p-value") analyzer (preliminary)
  • The program measures the positions of personal pronouns (first and second persons). Greater value is given if second person is used earlier and the first person (singular) is used later in the text. The use of the first person (plural) boosts the value.
  • Conjecture: More empathic texts have a higher p-value.
• Definite article usage ("d-value") analyzer (preliminary)
  • The program measures the average position of "the" in each sentence in the given text. The value of +1 is given if "the" appears earlier in sentences, 0, in the middle, and -1, later.
  • Conjecture: More readable texts have a higher d-value.
